Refund Policy
We want you to love your Tonochi. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used oral-care products (such as toothbrushes or floss).
To start a return, email us at team@tonochi.us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo and your order number to team@tonochi.us, and we’ll make it right. Fast.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
