I was skeptical about the whole expanding thing but its real. Pulled taut its thin like normal floss so it slips between my teeth, then when you ease the tension it fluffs out. My gums are sensitive and can bleed with regular waxed floss, with this one nothing. Thank you!
Took me a week to figure out this works best slightly damp. Dry, its just decent thin floss. Wet, it blooms and cleans wonderfully. NOTHING on the packaging explains this. Tonochi, one sentence on the box: moisten before use. Youre welcome. Four stars pending that sentence.
Gum recession means most floss feels like cheese wire on my roots. This puffs into something pillowy that still grabs plaque. I wet it first (tip from another review i saw on Amazon, thank you stranger) and the expansion is immediate. Roots happy, hygienist happy, me happy.

The floss itself is good, however after using it once, mine became jammed and I am unable to get more to come out. I want to love this, because when I used it the first time I thought it was great, but for it to only dispense one time, I’m unsure
There is something about this floss that just feels right. Its not aggressive on my gums and it still cleans well. Hard to explain but once you try it you get it
I like it but i do think the expansion could be a bit more noticeable . Idk sometimes it expands quite a bit and other times not that much, idk why but seems a bit inconsistent. Its surely gentler than what i was using tho and thats what matters to me

I like it. The texture change is subtle but real. I was using waxed tape floss before and this is definitely softer. My only note is that it can be a little tricky to get between my 2 tightest teeth since its not as thin as tape floss. But everywhere else its great.
I have 3 spots where my gums are really sensitive and this floss handles all of them without making things worse. Its like the floss knows to be gentle. Sounds dramatic but if you have gum issues you know what i mean
The expanding thing is real but not as extreme as i expected. Still nicer to use than regular floss. My gums dont get irritated with this one which is the main reason i keep buying it.
