Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at team@tonochi.us with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tonochi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
