1. Rinse your Tonochi Max brush head and add a pea-sized drop of your favorite toothpaste. 
2. Hold it at a gentle 45° angle and gently brush with smooth, short strokes that care for your gums. 
3. Make sure to clean every tooth including the outer, inner and chewing surfaces, even the back ones, for about two minutes. 
4. Rinse thoroughly, store upright to air dry and replace every two to three months to keep your smile fresh and healthy.
