Disclosing tablets proved my teeth were clean, so objectively this brush works. Psychologically I dont like it it. I like feedback, a bit of scrub, some sense that effort happened. Brushing with this feels like polishing a car with a feather. Great product, wrong customer.
I get recurring mouth ulcers and brushing during a flare is misery with normal brushes. These are gentle enough that I can brush through a flare without wincing. Head is on the smaller side which helps me steer around sore spots. Genuinely improved my quality of life, not exaggerating.
Bristles are as soft as advertised. The head however is wider than my old brush and I gag reaching my back molars. Everyone raves about the smallish head so maybe I have a narrow arch. If you have a small mouth like actually small, measure first.
I use the green one at work and the macaron set at home, cuz i don’t wanna look too cheerful in front of my colleagues with different colors. Brushes all same good quality
Bought green because it was the only color my wife hadnt claimed yet. Turns out i really like it. The brush itself is excellent, soft and precise. The handle shape is different from what most people are used to but give it 2-3 days and its better than round
The green is a really calming shade. Not bright or flashy, just pleasant. And the brush is exactly the same high quality as every other color option. Soft bristles, angular handle that takes a day to adjust to. My bathroom feels more put together with these.
The green matches my bathroom tiles perfectly which might be a weird reason to buy a toothbrush but here we are. Fortunately the brush is great too. Soft bristles, compact head, the angular handle i keep hearing about is actually really nice once you try it for a few days.
Went with green to match my bathroom vibe and the brush turned out to be excellent. Ultra soft bristles that still clean effectively. Handle grip is solid. No complaints at all.
Good quality soft brush. The green is a nice muted shade. Bristles are very gentle on my gums. Only small thing is i prefer a slightly larger brush head for more coverage, but it does reach tight spots better because of the smaller size.
The mint green is so fresh looking! And the bristles match the vibe, super gentle and soft. Perfect for my sensitive teeth and gums. Love that it comes in a 4 pack so I'm set for the year.
Went with green because why not. Turns out the brush is amazing too. Bristles are next level soft and the slim head gets everywhere. My gums feel great
Good soft brush, pretty green color. Cleans gently and effectively. The handle is comfortable to hold. Would be 5 stars if the bristle area was slightly wider but it works well for reaching tight spots.
The mint green color is beautiful, very fresh looking. Bristles are incredibly soft, perfect for my sensitive gums. The tapered head reaches everywhere easily. Love these!
I chose mint green to match my bathroom and these look so pretty. But beyond aesthetics, the brush quality is outstanding. The bristles flex gently along the gumline and the slim head gets into all the tight spots. Very impressed.
Good soft brush, nice green color. Feels well made and the handle is comfortable. Bristles are very gentle. Minor thing but I wish the color was a tiny bit brighter, its quite muted. But the brush itself is excellent.
love the green!! bristles are super soft and the brush just feels premium. the handle shape is interesting and works really well actually. already reordered
Great toothbrush for anyone with gum issues. The green is a nice subtle mint shade. Bristles are softer than any other brand I've tried. The 4-pack lasts me almost a full year.
These are the perfect combination of soft and effective. The green is lovely and calming. My gums feel so much healthier since switching. Would recommend to anyone with sensitivity.
Simple brush but remarkably effective and good looking. Pairs well with my sensitive toothpaste, lathers toothpaste nicely so everything feels fresh. the set of four makes the price fair.
Interesting handle design, different but comfortable in hand. My teeth feel like they visited a day spa, soft sweep, no nicks along the gumline. Bonus points for the cheerful color. I’m a fan!
No. Extra-soft is what most dentists recommend. The trick is to let the bristles do the work instead of pressing hard. The 3,000+ micro-tapered 0.15 mm bristles are fine enough to gently slip along the gumline and between teeth, yet firm enough to lift plaque.
2) How often should I replace my toothbrush?
Every 2 to 3 months, or sooner if the bristles start to splay or after you’ve been ill. That works out at four brushes a year for one person.
3) Are these good for sensitive or receding gums?
Yes. That’s exactly what they’re built for. The extra-soft tapered tips flex along the gumline for a comfortable clean without the scratchy feel of medium bristles. Brush gently at a 45° angle and let the brush do the work.
4) I use an electric brush. Why keep a manual one?
Think of it as your gentle backup, ideal for travel, midday touch-ups, or tender-gum days. Many customers keep both, and some switch to Tonochi full-time for the softer feel.
5) What are the bristles and handle made of? Are they safe?
Extra-soft 0.15 mm tapered PBT bristles on a BPA-free, curved non-slip handle. Everything is designed for safe daily use, and the box is recyclable paper.
6) Can children use these?
These Max brushes are sized for adults. For little mouths, take a look at our Tonochi Kids Soft Toothbrush, which has the same extra-soft bristles with a smaller head and an easy-grip handle.
