How to use
Gently guide the Flex Pick between your teeth.
Move it back and forth to sweep away food and plaque along the gumline.
Use a fresh pick for each use. Use daily for best results.
they bend so easy 😭 like i barely push and its folded. my teeth r pretty tight tho so maybe thats why. for the gaps near my molars theyre actually rlly nice and gentle. mixed feelings fr
bought 1 big pack, distributed cases across my entire life. after lunch cleanup is now a 30 sec habit. the ridged tip is weirdly pleasant on the gums. would like a firmer version for my tighter back teeth but front teeth flawless
With brackets everywhere, metal wire brushes scare me. These being fully metal free means I can clean between teeth and around brackets without worrying about scratching anything. The rubbery ridges push out food that my braces trap ALL day. My ortho gave them a thumbs up at my adjustment.
The gum massage aspect is genuinely nice, my dentist recommended stimulation for my early gum disease and these make it pleasant. Handle with care though, if you push into a tight gap at an angle the neck bends and stays bent. I get about one full mouth per pick being careful. Works if you accept theyre delicate.
Nothing humbles you like a brisket strand at a business dinner. The slim case lives in my jacket pocket, thirty seconds in the restroom and dignity restored. The soft ridges pull food out instead of jamming it deeper like toothpicks sometimes do. Gentle on my gums too, which bleed with the wire kind.
Good picks overall. The little hook end is useful for getting stuff my brush cant reach. Bristle part does bend if you push too hard into a really tight spot but for normal use theyre solid
These work fine for most of my mouth but the tips bend pretty easily when i try to get them into my tighter back teeth. I end up needing 2 or 3 picks just to finish one side. For wider gaps theyre great, just not a universal solution for everyone
They work well for most of my teeth. Theres 1 spot near my front teeth where they dont quite fit through but everywhere else theyre great. Gentle on gums and the cases are convenient
I eat a lot of fibrous food and these are my go-to after meals. Quick, gentle, and the little cases are easy to toss in my bag. I go through maybe 2 a day so the 320 last me a while
These are like the upgraded version of toothpicks. Soft, flexible, dont splinter obviously. I go through about 2-3 a day and the 320 count lasts months
The cases are the perfect size for a purse or pocket. I dont even notice them in my bag. The picks themselves are gentle and the material doesnt irritate like the wire ones used to
Started using these in addition to flossing and my teeth feel noticeably cleaner. I floss at night and use these after meals during the day. Good system
I keep 1 case in my desk at work. After lunch i just grab 1 and clean between my teeth in like 30 seconds. Way quicker than flossing and good enough for a midday refresh
320 picks sounds like a lot but when you use them after every meal they go faster than you think. Im on my 2nd box. The quality is consistent and i really like that each set comes with a case and a refill
They work well in most spots. The silicone is gentle which i appreciate. I noticed the pick end on the other side is a hard plastic so be careful not to poke too hard with that part. Overall happy with them
My dentist told me to use interdental brushes but the wire ones always scratched my gums and around my crowns. These are completely metal free and the silicone is so much more comfortable. I actually use them daily now which was the whole point
I bring these to restaurants. Not even kidding. The little case fits right in my clutch and after dinner i just excuse myself and clean real quick. So much more discreet than pulling out floss
They work well for most of my teeth but i have a few spots where my teeth are really close together and the tip kind of buckles instead of going through . For wider spaces and around my back teeth they're great tho. I like that each box has a travel case and a separate refill
The little hook on the other end is surprisingly useful. I didnt think id use it but it gets into spots the brush side cant reach. The purple and yellow color combo is cute to. My daughter keeps stealing them from my bathroom
I keep 1 case in my car and 1 in my desk. Perfect for after lunch. The silicone tips are gentle and get between teeth easily. 320 is a lot which is great because i use them daily
I have a couple wider spaces and this surely cleans them better than my old flat floss. Feels sturdy, doesn’t cut my gums, and the mint keeps things fresh 😉
I have wide gaps so I thought no need to floss, but my dentist told me I still need to. I can see clearly this thicker floss removes more gross stuff than my brush. 10/10 I would floss again 😄
1) How are these different from wire interdental brushes?
Instead of a metal wire, Flex Picks use soft, flexible tips. They bend to follow your gumline and won’t scratch enamel, poke gums, or snag on dental work, for a gentler way to clean between teeth.
2) Are they safe with braces, crowns, or implants?
Yes. They’re completely metal-free and wire-free, which makes them safe around braces, bridges, crowns, and implants, and gentle on sensitive gums.
3) When would I use these instead of floss?
They’re great for a quick clean after meals and for wider gaps or back teeth you can angle into. Many people use them alongside floss rather than in place of it.
4) Does the tip sometimes bend on very tight teeth?
Yes, and that’s normal. The soft tips are made to flex, so on very tight contacts they may fold rather than push through, which is where a floss like SlimWeave works better. For most gaps they slide right in.
5) How many do I get?
320 picks in total (4 cases of 80), and each case is a slim, portable travel case for your bag, desk, or car.
6) What age are they for?
Suitable for ages 6 and up. Supervise younger children.
